Steve Roberts is a Dallas native who received his BA and MFA from College of Santa Fe and from The New School. He now is back in East Dallas with his spouse, newborn, and two cats.

He hosted and was featured in many readings in New York during his time there. He has also been in the many literary magazines that quickly rise and fall. He can now typically be found at Rainbow Rodeo, Cul-de-sac of Blood, or in his living room, arguing with his cat.
